Using Strip Deisgner for a Character Study

Digital leaders ,with ipads are trying out Strip Design to review and set tasks for young children to increse their knowledge of electrical devices such as :ipads , computers and laptops so they too can be digital leaders when they grow up, and be  trained for bigger tasks . Most of the digital leaders have been able to pick  character; describe it and save it in the progame (strip design) and go onto other programes.

In Training!

We had a training session this week with our school technician! It was we learnt about the interactive whiteboard, how to calibrate it and what sort of things the teacher can do with it!

Using the iPads

Queensbridge pupils are beginning to use the iPads more and more. I set the Digital Leaders a very quick task to get them used to some apps.

They had to make a quick video with the title :

3D Shapes are All Around Us

Updating our e-safety skills!

Our second session (after looking at the blog) is to update our e-safety skills!

These are important so we can advise others if they have a question or a problem.

Meeting De Beauvoir!

We started our Digital Leader journey with a visit to our partner school De Beauvoir!

At De Beauvoir we tried some new iPad Apps and created some video - we also began an exciting project with book reviews and QR codes - more on that to come!
